Shipping policy

Rrings will be made once I receive your ring size.  Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, please allow up to 14 days for making and processing your order before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard U.S. Shipping:
Typically delivered within 3–7 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Expedited Shipping:
USPS Priority Express or UPS options may be available at checkout.

Typically delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on location.

Please note that all delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Free Shipping:
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website or during checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Shipping Locations:
At this time, Nancy Davis Studio ships within the United States.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:
Nancy Davis Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.  However, we are always happy to assist you in filing a claim or directing you to the correct carrier resources.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.  We cannot guarantee retrieval or rerouting if an incorrect address is provided once the order has shipped.

Local Pickup (Optional):
Local pickup in Greenville, SC may be available upon request. Please contact us to schedule a pickup time.
