Refund policy

We accept returns on non-custom, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in new, unused condition.
All original packaging must be included.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email nancydavis@nancydavisstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges on non-custom, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

If you would like to exchange an item:
Contact us at nancydavis@nancydavisstudio.com

Ship the item back in its original condition.  Once received, we will ship out your replacement piece.  Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs both ways.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
Because custom designs and made-to-order rings are crafted specifically for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

This includes:
Custom inlay rings
Made-to-order rings created after receiving your ring size
Personalized or one-of-a-kind pieces
Items made with customer-provided materials (stones, flowers, etc.)
If you have an issue with a custom item, please contact us and we will always do our best to help.

Incorrect Ring Size:
If a ring arrives and the size is incorrect due to a mistake in the ring size provided, the ring is considered a custom piece and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, some rings may be eligible for remaking or resizing for an additional fee depending on the materials and style.

Please reach out if you need assistance with sizing before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to replace or repair the item as quickly as possible.

Seconds or “imperfect” items

Returns Due to Shipping Issues
Nancy Davis Studio is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier with your tracking information. We’re always here to assist with guidance.
